Typography
Three voices: Founders Grotesk for display (20px floor), Inter for functional UI, Founders Mono for technical.
Display — Founders Grotesk
Gesture to intelligence.
New pathways for co-creation
Rooted in human expression
The gestural and the spatial
Lexi is creating new pathways for human and machine co-creation rooted in the gestural and spatial nature of human expression.

Founders Grotesk never sets below 20px — its optical 16px. Below this line, the voice hands over to Inter.
Functional — Inter
Gesture is the first language — the bridge between intention and intelligence, between the hand and the machine. Functional text is read for information, so it is set in Inter.
Buttons, inputs, tabs, menus, and form labels ship at this size.
Footnotes, helper text, and usage notes — the smallest functional setting.
Technical — Founders Grotesk Mono
GESTURAL INPUT · SPATIAL COMPUTING · CO-CREATION
const gesture = lexi.interpret(motion, { space: 'spatial' });
Optical Parity
The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog — hard to read at length.

Founders Grotesk's x-height is 0.437 em against Inter's 0.546 em (measured from the fonts' OS/2 tables and glyph outlines). X-height parity with Inter at 16px falls at 19.99px, so the system gives Founders a 20px floor (--lexi-typography-scale-display-floor) and sets everything smaller in Inter. Founders Grotesk Mono shares the same small metrics (x 0.437 em, cap 0.630 em) and keeps the technical voice, but with its own floor: mono never sets below 14px (--lexi-typography-scale-technical), where its caps match 12px Inter caps.
